Name of Post - Sales Manager
Job Responsibility - The SM is responsible for building a team of Insurance Agents / Business Associates through his/her own contacts. The SM has to train, develop, motivate and help his team to sell life insurance products of the company successfully in order to surpass targets. The SM is on the company payroll while the agents/advisors will be working on commission.
Eligibility - The candidate should have min 1 years experience (after Graduation)in direct selling / marketing, team management.Should have strong social contacts / network. Should have a successful track record in sales. Must possess good communication skills..
Age - He/She should be 24 to 40 yrs old.
CTC - Package is negotiable, (CTC range - 2Lakhs to 4 Lakhs/ per annum) plus attractive incentives.
